I wanted to send this note to express my pleasure with the representatives in the leasing office. On the few occasion I have had to take care of business in the office, where the attitude of the staff and expeditious resolve of my concerns is greatly appreciated.
It takes little effort to write you when there is a problem to express a grievance. But, because the atmosphere and professionalism of David Queen, and the new young lady is to be commended. I felt compelled to send this correspondence.
The reflection of how business is run starts at the top. So, I encourage you to keep doing what you are doing so that your employees can continue to represent professional qualities that encourage support, and be an establishment where people desire to do business.

Kudos to Lakes of Bellevue
I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for the on-site management of the community for which I reside. With the recent flooding in Nashville, The Lakes of Bellevue Im sure had numerous apartment floods. I consider myself very fortunate as my apartment was unaffected, however I must commend the Property Manager, Jeremy for what was seemingly going above and beyond for the residents. It was a great comfort to see him on the property after hours working delingently to remove dubris and water and to help all of those involved. The communications that I received from the property regarding the flood was a tremendous help as I did not have water for a short time. They posted a visible sign at the entrance stating there was a water shortage and I also received an email. It is a great comfort to feel as though Im treated as a person and not just a number. The customer service I have experienced from Jeremy and his staff is what has made my decision to sign another year lease. Thank you, Michelle S. |

I would like to thank you, Kifanie and John for taking care of my maintenance concern so swiftly last Friday. The maintenance repairman, John, came out to my unit promptly. He was very professional and thorough when he repaired the problem. He not only cleared the back-up in the relief drain, he changed the filter on the inside unit and checked the freon charge on the outside unit. He patiently listened to my concern and later explained what caused the problem. You always hear when things go wrong. Here is an example of things going right.

Kudos for Bella Vida
Good Morning,
I currently reside at Bella Vida at Coyote Ridge in Carrollton, TX, I have lived here for about a year and a half and just wanted to pass on some residence feedback. Since I moved in last February I have really enjoyed living there, anytime I have had a problem whether it was maintenance or just a question needing answered, the office staff has been extremely prompt with responding and rectifying the matter!
Recently, I had an issue with making online rent payments, I emailed the office and the same day received a response from April Weand the property manager, she was very attentive and saw to it that the problem was corrected in a super timely manner! This is wonderful as I am having surgery Wednesday of this week and being able to pay my rent online is such a convenience for this month and the months to follow! It has been a wonderful pleasure working with April and Staci Hasman and Laura Bridges! They have the utmost customer service! I have lived in several other complexes and never received such wonderful customer service as I have at Bella Vida especially the 3 ladies named above. I have recommended Bella Vida to several friends and will continue to! Prior to moving into Bella Vida I visited several other properties in the area and was not near as impressed with the property itself but the office staff. From the day I viewed the apartment that Staci showed me to now I have been super pleased with everything about Bella Vida!

Kudos to Silver Rock
I moved in to unit #1315 at Silver Rock Apartments on January 8, 2010.
I wanted to make sure you knew that I am very pleased and impressed by the condition of my unit when I moved in. I worked as a leasing agent for several properties in the past and am familiar with the work that goes into a "make ready". My unit was clean and everything was in perfect order...it looked fresh and new despite this not being a brand new property. The Silver Rock team exceeded my expectations!
I am also very appreciative of how wonderful, caring, and gracious the gals in the office were while working to get me leased, approved, and moved in. I am going through a divorce, which is never fun...but it was one less thing I had to worry about knowing that the gals were ready to help ease me through the whole leasing process.
I wanted you to have some feedback about a very positive experience since we live in a day and age when most of the time you only hear the negatives.
Please pass my thanks along, so that the team at Silver Rock may have their efforts recognized and commended.

The ladies in the office have always made sure every request I have has been filled, and our maintenance men here are unbelievable.
